Lil Wayne Losses $2million Case Against Private Jet Leasing Company

Lil Wayne faces more legal problems stemming from unpaid bills. This time around, the rapper was accused of missing payments for his private jet and was reportedly ordered to pay $2 million.

TMZ reports that Weezy has lost a lawsuit filed by Signature Group – a company which leases private jets to celebrities. The company claims he didn’t pay anything during the first 2 out of 3 years appointed in the contract he signed. As per the court docs, Wayne owed Signature $1 million as of July 2014. Adding up the late fees, he now has to pay them $1.8 million, plus $200,000 in attorney’s fees.
As one might easily suggest, Wayne disagreed with the court and claimed he never signed a contract with the company. We’ll return with an update as soon as there is more information on the case.
