You are desperate to get a job and you finally come across your dream job (a job with the amount of pay you have in mind with lots of benefits accruing to you)
but your boss just has to get down with you before being given the job. You want to let go of it but you have that one friend that encourages you to shoot it and you did as advised. You get the job, everything is going on just fine but always honouring the call of your boss to "duty". You are ready to get married and your partner introduces your boss to you as his/her parent.
